[Aimee's sparkling career as a magical girl is going great! She gets to travel, look cute, and she gets paid doing it! The only thing she has to worry about is winning against her enemies. Sometimes those enemies are much worse than anything she could have predicted! But it's fine!
There's no room in a magical girl's heart for fear, especially when working alone, but it's not without its benefits! Working alone means she doesn't have to worry about anyone except civilians, and each enemy and battle can be material for her to draw inspiration from later. And smiling as she runs head-on towards her next target feels easier each time. People are relying on her after all, so she has to do her best!
...Unfortunately, that means that sometimes she oversleeps and almost misses out on a mission.]
I don't think I've been in this area before...?
[She yawns into her hand, sprinting after the shadowy enemies and glancing at the night sky. The less people out, the better. A few bakeries and cafes catch her eye and she stops in place, fists gripped in determination.]
Okay. I've decided!
[She'll beat the enemies as fast as possible so she can try one of the bakeries for a very early (late?) breakfast! By the time this is over, at least something should be open. It's her favorite part of being a magical girl--getting to go new places. No one ever told her about territories.
The invisible connection that draws Aimee leads her, and her enemy, to a dead end. With an impatient look, she gets into character. A bright smile and glamour hides her exhaustion. She snaps her fingers, and the surroundings change. The ground beneath them reflects like water, a mirror, and the lights in the windows flicker on and off. The air is different, charged with electricity and ozone.]
Please don't try to escape.
[She tries striking a cute pose, sighs and feels awkward about it, and starts trapping the enemies with water. She doesn't have to worry. People aren't dumb, right? No one else would be out right now.]
